ABOUT TODD CALLISTER
Todd Callister, Principal, entered the business world at the age of ten as many other successful CEOs and business leaders by becoming a paperboy. The responsibility learned then in placing the paper where the customer wanted it, not where his random, bike-straddled heave would place it, coupled with his diligence in collecting the monthly paper bill from the home of each customer made him a successful paperboy and set a foundation that continues to sustain him today.
With over twelve years of experience as a corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer and President, Mr. Callister has raised and managed over $80 million in equity, private notes, and bank financing. He has also been involved in advising Medcare Investment Funds on equity and sub-debt investments and obligations of $20 million.
While at CURA Capital Corporation he saw his company invest over $75 million in medical equipment lease agreements in the healthcare industry from 1994 to 2000.
From 2000 to 2005 Mr. Callister was tasked with divesting CURA Capital and LynMed Capital from the owner’s investment portfolio. Through this process he was able to relieve the owner and company of over $4 million in debt and guarantees and a net return of more than $5.5 million to the owner, nearly triple the expected return.
Mr. Callister received a BS in accounting from Southern Utah University in 1993 and was the Tax Fellow in Senator Hatch’s Washington DC office in 1994.
